Sceale Bay is a small open bay located about 15 miles south-east Streaky Bay. It is also the name of the small township in its south-eastern corner. The suggested anchoring position is near the township, but another location in the north-western corner of the bay can be used in winds from the north and west.

The bottom is sand with patchy weed and the holding good. Dinghy access to the beach is easy
